“Bangkok's Best Condos” is a small family network of owner run condos offering the highest levels of customer service in Bangkok.
Formed in 2007 by the coming together of two owners who had been individually letting condos for 7 years it comprises of "Alans Condos, Sukanya's Condos and Ajarnapartment.com".
A chance meeting some years ago saw Alan and Sukanya decide to combine forces and become “Bangkok's Best Condos”.
After seeing and hearing the many problems encountered by other customers searching for a decent, clean, well maintained condo where customer service came first, and as former renters ourselves, we stepped in and filled a long empty void in the Bangkok condo rental market.
Our aim, to provide “you” the customer with the best service direct at a competitive price. As owners you will always be dealing directly with us, we can answer all your questions, know all our condos personally and unlike some agencies are there for the duration of your lease 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
We service many of Bangkok's international schools including Assumption, NIST and Pattana helping their teachers to find the condos they need.
An agent takes his commission his job is done leaving you on your own dealing with maybe a landlord who has no interest in his properties, doesn’t bother with maintenance and may well not understand your needs, this is where Bangkok's Best Condos can help.
So important to us is the upkeep of not only our rooms, but the whole development in general, we have even been members on some of the committees helping and advising the NITI offices keep the buildings looking good for well into the future.
With an inventory of over 60 separate condos close to Bangkok’s Rapid Transit System (BTS and MRT) it comprises of penthouses, 3 bed, 2 bed, 1 bed and studio units and we aim to provide you the customer with great choice, location, value and above all else service, from the first time we meet until the day you leave............ and often beyond.
